Appointments: All appointments are scheduled in advance. We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments, but we cannot guarantee availability.

  1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

  2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance. If you are using insurance, please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

  3. Insurance: We accept most major insurance plans. However, please note that not all services may be covered by your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage and to pay any fees that are not covered.

  4. Liability: We do our best to provide safe and effective chiropractic care. However, please be aware that there are risks associated with any medical treatment. By receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from your treatment.

  5. Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone without your written consent, except as required by law.

  6. Communication: We welcome your questions and feedback. If you have any concerns or questions about your treatment, please do not hesitate to ask.

  7. Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.

  8. Children: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  9. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
